Policies
- We keep our right to accept your reservations according to
our availability.
- Once we have accepted your reservation, it should be confirmed
one month in advance with a 50% deposit over the total amount
of your reservation to Santander 5701304680-7 to name of
José Gutiérrez Gómez.
Or by money order. Note: We will provide the deposit number when
we accept your reservation.
- At this time Credit cards are not accepted.
- Refund Policies. Once you have made the deposit to confirm
your reservation, the next policies will apply in case of cancellation.
If you cancel: within 3 weeks or more prior to your arrival 50%
within 2 weeks prior to your arrival 30% within 1 week prior to
your arrival 25% less than a week prior to your arrival 10%
- The remaining 50% of your stay should be paid on the arrival
date.
- Our rates can change without previous notice.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 12:00pm.
- Most classes, activities, tours and fiestas are subject to
a minimum enrollment of our guests.
These rates include:
- Stay at the exclusive suites of Hacienda San Rafael and 3 delightful
Mexican meals a day.
- Some free activities and fiestas in La Hacienda like: “La Fiesta
de las Piñatas”., and “Fogatada” the Bonfire party.
- These rates do NOT include: airport pick up, tours, painting
and ceramic classes, “La Fiesta Mexicana” party, massages or reflexotherapy.
Even though these activities are offered to our guests at a very
low rate.

- $35 US from Leon and Aguascalientes International Airports.
- $45 US from Guadalajara International Airport.
