We love to have fun, and to recreate your soul and body through nature, trips and a wide range of activities are organized, these activities will include horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, cattle milking, site seeing, Hacienda tours, downtown Lagos tours, trips to Guanajuato, Morelia, San Miguel Allende, Dolores Hidalgo, Zacatecas, or Guadalajara. |
| To help our guests to get to know each other, we also organize many social activities; our goal is to exchange cultures, opinions and thoughts. Such activities include: card playing, bingo! (Lotería Mexicana), chess, and domino, which will usually take place in the games room at “La Hacienda”. As we consider that mind and body should be balanced, at San Rafael, you will learn about different matters of Mexican culture; every month we offer several classes like Spanish, Mexican cooking, painting and ceramics, that will allow you to relax and learn different and innovative subjects. Classes can be offered at the Hacienda gardens, at the town market or just in the living room at la Hacienda. Massages and reflexotherapy are also available. | |
| MEXICAN FIESTAS! Here, at Hacienda San Rafael, we believe that the best way to understand a culture is by living it, that is why we offer different “fiestas” throughout the month (Fiesta de Bienvenida, Fiesta de Piñatas, Fiesta Prehispanica, “Fogatada” or bonfire party) where a show will be performed and sometimes you will be asked to be the performer! |
